By using the Zeolite Studios website located at www.zeolitestudios.com, you agree to the following terms of service.
- Age Requirement
All users must be at least thirteen years of age. Zeolite Studios makes every effort to make sure users under thirteen years of age do not register for the site and will immediately delete the account of any user that falsifies information to obtain the account before meeting this requirement.
- Right of Users to Communicate
Users are allowed to utilize the communication tools provided by the Zeolite Studios website to exchange information with other users of the website as long as all prohibited behaviors are avoided when using said tools. Zeolite Studios has the final say over what is considered to be prohibited use of this website. Prohibited use includes but is not limited to communication that:

- promotes or provides information to a person who is not a member of the Zeolite Studios staff about obtaining unauthorized access or hindering the use of this website or any service or software provided by Zeolite Studios.
- promotes or provides information about obtaining unauthorized access or hindering the use of an external website, a service, or software.
- promotes or provides information about malicious services or software not directly related to the services or software offered by Zeolite Studios, including the methods obtaining use of such services or software.
- promotes or provides information about illegal activity.
- promotes a non-Zeolite Studios product or service without permission from Zeolite Studios.
- is used to harvest information from users for use outside of this website without permission from Zeolite Studios.
- goes against the spirit and regulations of the Community Guidelines.
Users who engage in prohibited behavior are subject to actions specified in the Community Guidelines or, in severe cases, having their accounts terminated.
Zeolite Studios makes an effort to police prohibited behavior. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, users admit to understanding that prohibited behavior may be temporarily visible while Zeolite Studios is in the process of rectifying the behavior.
- Rights of Users Regarding Their Transmitted Content
Any content transmitted via the Zeolite Studios website remains the property of its transmitter, but the user transmitting the content grants Zeolite Studios the right to use the content in any fashion and associate the user with said content.
- Ownership and Allowed Use of Zeolite Studios Content and Services
Unless otherwise stated, all content and services explicitly provided by Zeolite Studios is protected by law from unauthorized use.
The use of content or services explicitly provided by Zeolite Studios is granted to users for personal, non-commercial use. The use of content provided by members of the community not associated with Zeolite Studios outside of this website cannot be authorized by anyone except the user who transmitted the content.
No content or services available on the Zeolite Studios website is to be used for unlawful purposes.
- Privacy of Users
Zeolite Studios will not reveal information about a user that has not been made public by that user to any other user or external party. Zeolite Studios is not responsible for the results of a user revealing personal, private information to the public using this website.
By agreeing to this Terms of Service, you are also accepting the provisions laid out in the Zeolite Studios Privacy Policy.

- Right of Zeolite Studios to Terminate Service
Zeolite Studios reserves the right to terminate services to a user or users at any time for any reason.
- Liability Waiver

Zeolite Studios and its employees are not liable for any direct or indirect damages that come to users as the result of utilizing this web site.
- Right of Zeolite Studios to Modify Terms of Service
Zeolite Studios has the ability to modify this Terms of Service as it sees fit. In the case of such a change, Zeolite Studios will notify users of any changes through its website. Continuing to use the Zeolite Studios website after such an announcement constitutes an agreement to the changes. Users who do not agree with changes to the Terms of Service should request account deletion (if the user is registered) via the contact form and immediately discontinue use of the Zeolite Studios website.
